This precious little guy’s big brother was stealing all of his food, so to save him the zoo keepers had to keep him away from the other penguins. Then a woman enters the park missing all four of her hubcaps and the bear steals one from the car in front of her and drops it at her car window and knocks to let her know it’s there.
