Creepy Taxidermy Art
Like freaky taxidermy? Then you’ll love this post I recently posted on Environmental Graffiti. While you’re there, be sure to check out my other post on animal eyes.
There has always been something downright terrible about seeing a young girl dolled up with a spray tan, adult hair style, sexy clothing and whorish makeup. That’s what makes beauty pageants so disturbing. Photographer Susan Anderson has collected a great gallery of these images which can be viewed in brief on her website or in her book, High Glitz. Check it out.
Sorry for the relatively few posts by the way, I’ve had swine flu and it’s terrible.

Plushies With Vaginas

Crappy Taxidermy Isn’t Crappy
Crappy taxidermy is a great new blog with some exceptionally disturbing, funny and crappy taxidermy works of art. Personally, I love the one above, but the whole site is fantabulous.
WTF? Taxidermy
Neatorama has turned me on to one of the most disturbing Live Journal communities I’ve seen in a while. WTF? Taxidermy certainly does live up to its name. See example above for details. Why would you do that to a deer butt? Why?
Ginea Pig Hair Comb
I am severly disturbed by this comb created by Reid Peppard I’m all for taxidermy and fur-accessories, but putting the top half of a dead rodent in your hair is just freaky.
Creepy Little Adults
Photographer Anna Skladmann has a great photo series of creepy, upper-class Russian kids who act as though they are all grown up. There is no light in their eyes or childhood left in their faces. The effect is eerie. View them if you dare…mwahahahaha.
